New Text number - eff. May 26

The Administrative team will start using a new customer support software program on Tuesday, May 26. This will include introducing a new number to send and receive Text messages. The new number is 254-274-3641.

The new software has several features that will enable seamless handoffs between team members and automatic responses that will reduce lost text and improve response time. This will be a learning curve for us call, so I’ll say thank you for your patience in advance.

Please update your phone address book to include the new TEXT number 254-274-3641. Both the new and the old number will be answered as we complete the transition. If you have any questions, please let us know. (There is no change to our telephone number.)

Grateful for all you do

I hope all of you that worked hours during the month of April have had a chance to check out our little gift and receive our Thank You card. We wanted to get out an expression of our gratitude as soon as possible and didn’t even realize we were heading into the time of year when we all express our gratitude to our Mothers. Great timing on our part!

The things we so often feel grateful to our mothers for are so many of the characteristics we see in each of you. Reliable, compassionate, caring, forward thinking, willing to do the big things and the little things, diligent, generous and most of all, courageous. Our hearts are grateful every day of the year that we get to work with you and have gotten to know you.

We hope you have a blessed Mother’s Day and can feel how much Nora and I appreciate you.

Keeping safe

Seniors Helping Seniors employees doing their part to keep their senior’s safe.

A few pictures of our team picking up or modeling their new reusable fabric masks. Masks were distributed to all caregivers and seniors on Monday and Tuesday of this week by the management team. If anyone has need of a mask, please call the office. Due to a generous donation we have several available.
